Sheffield VeRse is the world’s first ever pop-up VR poetry installation supported by Off The Shelf Festival of Words and Sheffield Hallam University.
Local new tech start-up Epiphany VR filmed five poets in 360 degree film in five different locations across Sheffield. These films were then turned into a pop-up VR installation viewable through Samsung Gear’s VR technology and the work was showcased every Saturday afternoon throughout Off The Shelf Festival at Theatre Delicatessen’s cafe. This work will be touring future locations in 2017.
