AVEC Building

Our friends Creative Arts Development Space (CADS) are making big moves at the moment, one of which is taking on a new city centre space packed full of potential for creative studios, art spaces, offices and workshops.

Located on Brown Street – opposite the Rutland Arms and behind Access Space, nestled amongst such Sheffield institutions as Site Gallery, Yorkshire Artspace and the Showroom Workstation – the new AVEC Building offers rooms of various sizes for a range of uses, priced from £30 to £110 per week, inclusive of all bills, services and broadband internet. Under new council rules all tenants are individually responsible for their own business rates, but all rooms will be eligible for 100% small business rates relief, so no worries on that front.

Despite only taking on the building a few weeks ago, CADS has already allocated about a third of the space available at AVEC, so if you’re interested make sure you get in touch soon.
